Use this page to request deletion of your account and the personal data Frassino Studio holds about you.
How to request deletion
Submit the form on this page (https://frassino.io/delete-account) with the email address associated with your data, and tell us what you want deleted: the whole account, or only part of it.
You do not need an account with us to submit a request.
Email confirmation is required
After you submit the form we send a confirmation link to the address you entered. The request is not processed until you open that link.
This step exists to protect you: without it, anyone could request the deletion of someone else’s account. The link expires after 7 days; if it expires, submit the request again.
What happens next, and when
You receive an automatic acknowledgement with your request number and the deadline as soon as the address is confirmed.
We respond within 30 days of confirmation. If the request is refused, the acknowledgement of the outcome states the reason.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your account and profile, your contact details, the content you created, and the records of your activity that are not required by law.
Kept: records we are legally required to retain — invoices, payment records, and tax records in particular — for the period the law requires and for no other purpose. Data already anonymized, which can no longer be linked to you, is not restored in order to be deleted.
How to request deletion
Requests are made through the form on this page. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided and, once confirmed, the request is answered within the stated period.
