These terms describe the text messages Frassino Studio sends, how consent is obtained, and how to stop receiving them.
Who sends the messages, and why
Text messages are sent by Frassino Studio LLC in connection with your inquiry and the services you requested: appointment and scheduling notices, job updates, and replies to messages you sent us. This is not a mass marketing program and your number is not added to any list you did not ask for.
How consent is obtained
Consent is given in writing, by checking the consent box on the contact form at https://frassino.io. This is the exact text of that box:
By submitting this form, you consent to be contacted by Frassino Studio by phone, SMS, or email at the contact information you provided, including through automatic dialing systems or prerecorded messages, regarding your inquiry and their services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting the business.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity: messages are sent in response to your inquiry or to an ongoing job. There is no recurring campaign with a fixed cadence.

HELP and STOP
Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information for support.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. STOP always works, on every message and regardless of the conversation, and it takes effect immediately: after STOP, no further messages are sent to that number. Reply START to opt back in.
Privacy of your number
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
